We operate in two ways, Consultancy or Interim/Project Management, which we define as follows.
Consultancy Here we act in an advisory capacity. Normally we initially undertake a two or three day review providing our clients with a number of options to resolve their current challenges. Following this, clients may choose to appoint us for a longer assignment which varies from several days to several months. Sometimes a consultancy assignment takes the form of a project where a specific service is required over a period of weeks or even months.
Interim/Project Management This is where we action and implement the agreed solution on our clients' behalf. We offer a very flexible approach to this work. With Link, many members work on a two to three days a week basis because that is what the client needs. If the assignment requires a full time presence then that can be provided too. That's why many of our assignments vary from a few days a week to a few days per month.
