Deloitte Acquires ReportSource

Equiteq is pleased to communicate the acquisition of ReportSource, the UK’s leading business performance and information management consultancy, by Deloitte, the business advisory firm. The deal will see 66 people join Deloitte’s 2,500 strong UK Consulting practice, with Ian Harrison, the managing director of ReportSource, joining Deloitte as a partner.

Ian commented: “Having developed the UK’s most respected and largest niche performance management practice, Deloitte was the only logical home for ReportSource. Equiteq has enjoyed a long working relationship with ReportSource and supported the business in its growth plans, as well as advising on the transaction.
